Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in the sales and technical solution process. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure technical feasibility for projects. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of IT solutions, networking, cloud services, and ICT products who can balance customer satisfaction with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Collaboration and Solutioning:
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and challenges.
    • Tailor customized solutions aligning with the organization’s products and services to address client-specific needs.
  2. Product Demonstrations and Client Engagement:
    • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and technical presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
    • Attend client meetings to answer queries, provide solutions, and instill confidence in proposed solutions.
  3. Sales Closing and Negotiation:
    • Assist the sales team in driving deals to closure by bridging technical and commercial discussions.
    • Negotiate terms, specifications, and pricing with clients to finalize agreements while ensuring company profitability and client satisfaction.
  4. Solution Customization and Proposal Management:
    • Analyze client requirements and prepare detailed, customized technical and financial proposals.
    • Respond to RFPs and RFQs with comprehensive solutions, project plans, and budgets that highlight competitive advantages.
  5. Technical Support in Sales Cycle:
    • Guide prospects through technical evaluations, pilot tests, and proof-of-concept deployments to secure client buy-in.
    • Address technical objections during the sales process with quick, innovative solutions.
  6. Market Knowledge and Strategic Input:
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively identify new sales opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands, new features, and improvements based on client interactions.
  7. Client Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers to build loyalty and ensure repeat business.
    • Conduct follow-ups post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and uncover additional business opportunities.
  8. Seamless Handover and Coordination:
    • Facilitate the transition of projects to delivery and implementation teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately documented and understood.
    • Monitor project progress, acting as the client’s advocate when necessary, to maintain a smooth delivery experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, IT solutions, or technical consultancy.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and networking solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA are a plus.
